Miraculous is the first Japanese barley Shochu recieved cyristal award at iTQi. (6 three star awards are required to get this prize.) Remaining a savory barley flavor, all unplesant elements are removed by 'frozen fillteration method'. The classical single distillation normally allows you more distinct barley figure, yet Miraculous also brings your mouth tender texture.
