This fruitful Daiginjou, 'Ryu Bai', meaning Dragon Plum in English, with its such an auspicious name, received multiple National Sake awards due to its extraordinary taste and aroma. The true Sake artisan, Noboru Ogawa, contributes his 40years of career as a Toji to nurture Ryu Bai day and night just like bringing up his own child.  Yamada Nishiki polished 35%, noticeable Kubonitani spring water and Kumamoto yeast brewed in low temperature create this Fujii's masterpiece.
