The true Sake artisan, Noboru Ogawa, contributes his 40years of career as a Toji to nurture Ryu Bai day and night just like bringing up his own child. Yamada Nishiki polished 35%, noticeable Kubonitani spring water and Kumamoto yeast brewed in low temperature create this Fujii's masterpiece.
